Palladio slim eyeliners are specially made soft to line the eye area. Also extremely easy to blend without pulling or tugging the delicate eye lids. Comes in high fashion European shades. How to use: You may use it directly over the eyelids or under for special effects. Since it is made of very soft kohl lead pencils, you may smudge it gently with a sponge shadow applicator for a smokey and soft look. For a dramatic look, apply with bolder strokes. |
